Install instructions
Outside the game:
Extract the folder that is in the zip file.
In Game:
To install it. just head over to mods in the main menu:
>Skin Maker
>Upload JSON
>Save Locally
>after that, just refresh the mod list
and you are done!
you should be able to select him in the skins section.
